Registration

  • The research must be characterized by originality, precise scientific methodology, and linguistic accuracy.
  • The research must not have been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
  • The research must be related to the conference’s objectives and themes.
  • Research papers nominated for participation are accepted in Arabic or English.
  • The research summary should be sent in Arabic or English, not exceeding 200 words.
  • After the approval of the research abstract, the full paper is sent not exceeding 7,000 words (18 pages), including footnotes, a list of sources, references, and appendices (with the necessity of adhering to the paper guidelines).
  • After approval of the poster abstract, the poster is sent in its entirety, not exceeding 1500 words(with the necessity of adhering to the poster guidelines).
  • To ensure complete confidentiality of the review process, the name of the researcher or researchers should not be mentioned in the body of the research, or any signs that reveal their identity.
  • Attach a brief CV.
  • Copyright of research participating in the conference will be transferred to Qassim University.

The conference encourages participation in scientific posters that serve as the main and sub-pillars of the conference tracks. The conference also devotes a special session to present and display the content of the posters, which are published in the conference booklet. Scientific notes will be provided by specialists to give presenters the best possible experience.

Submissions must conform to the following guidelines:

  • The poster must be original ,have a precise scientific methodology, and linguistic accuracy.
  • The poster must not have been previously published or shared.
  • The poster must be related to the conference objectives and themes.
  • Nominated posters are accepted in Arabic or English.
  • The poster abstract must be sent in Arabic or English, not exceeding 200 words.
  • The maximum of the extended abstract 1,500 words (the research gap, the theoretical basis, the intended method, and (if existing) preliminary results, references, and other appendices). Submissions exceeding this threshold will be rejected without exception.
  • Please remove ALL information, which might reveal your identity, from the extended abstract.
  • All extended abstracts should be submitted in PDF format.

Content and layout

Please ensure that the poster fulfills the following criteria:

  • The poster size is A0 (841×1189 mm),
  • The poster is printed in portrait (not landscape) format,
  • All text on the poster is in Arabic or English,
  • The print of the title, authors, and affiliations is approximately 3 cm, 2 cm, and 1 cm tall, respectively,
  • All materials on the poster are easily readable from more than 1 m away,
